• Proyecto "ETIV-EMAS Technical Implementation
and Verification"
Asecal participa en el proyecto: “ETIV-EMAS Technical
Implementation and Verification”. Este proyecto
comunitario generado bajo el marco del Programa Leonardo
da Vinci, fue aprobado por la Comisión Europea
mediante acuerdo Nª. 2002 – P/02/B/F/PP - 125531
Este proyecto está liderado por el Instituto de
Soldadura e Qualidade (ISQ) y en el participan 19 empresas,
que trabajarán durante un período de 30
meses siendo su fecha de finalización mayo del
2005.
El Programa Europeo de Formación Profesional LEONARDO
DA VINCI* se encuentra en su segunda edición y
se extenderá desde enero del 2.000 hasta diciembre
del 2.006.
El contenido programático del proyecto “EMAS
Technical Implementation and Verification” cuyas
siglas son ETIV está divido en 8 módulos
que contienen información teórica sobre
diversos temas de importancia formativa que cubrirán
los temas siguientes: Regulación Nacional y Europea;
Tecnologías Ambientales; Revisión Medioambiental;
Directiva IPPC; EMAS-Eco-Gestión y Auditorías
Medioambientales; EMAS- Auditoría Interna y Verificación;
EMAS- Eco Gestión y Auditorías Medioambientales
para PYME’S; Ciencias y Comunicación. y 9
“Estudios de Caso” relacionados con diversos
sectores de actividades para reforzar y complementar conocimientos.
ASECAL S.L., es responsable de la preparación del
Módulo 5 que se refiere a EMAS-Eco-Gestión
y Auditorías Medioambientales.
El objetivo final del proyecto ETIV, es fortalecer y complementar
la formación de recursos humanos de entidades públicas
o privadas de manera que estén en capacidad de
promover, estimular y apoyar la puesta en práctica
de EMAS.

*El Programa “LEONARDO da VINCI” nació
en el año 1994, por Decisión del Consejo
de Ministros de la Comunidad Europea de 6 de diciembre
(94/819/CE) cuya primera fase finalizó en 1999.
Una segunda fase de este programa para el período
2000-2006 se da inicio a través de la Decisión
del Consejo de 26 de Abril de 1999 (D.O.C.E. L 146/33,
de 11 de Junio de 1999, Decisión 1999/382/CE) . |
• Advances of the Projet: “ETIV –
EMAS Technical Implementation and Verification”.
On March 29, 2004, was carried out in Oeiras, Portugal,
the second international meeting of the Projet ETIV
The sixteen assistent presented a summary of the activities
realized until the present date from the beginning of
the program and a general description of each module’s
content.
An interest aspect is the fact that soon will be ready
at web site the software “EMAS 2001” designed
for training in this environmental tool.
It will be plan that for October, 2004 the manuals with
the programmatical contents of every module, the manuals
of “Studies of Case” and the didactic material
needed for the training will be ready.
Is also important to comment that with the aim of promoting
EMAS and its implementation by other organizations some
seminars will occur in five participating countries
(Portugal, Spain, Italy, Greece and Poland).
The programmatical content of the “EMAS Technical
Implementation and Verification” projet which
Acronym is ETIV is divided in 8 modules that contain
theoretical information about diverse topics of formative
importance that will cover the following topics: National
and European Regulation; Environmental Technologies;
Environmental Review; Board (Directive) IPPC Directive;
EMAS – Eco management and Audit Scheme for SME,
with the exception of the module 8 has modified the
aims and changed the name: “Training and Communication.
And modules 9 – 17 “Studies of Case”
related with sector based activities, in an effort to
increase and to complement knowledges helping people
in improving their skills.
ASECAL S.L., continue the preparation of the Module
5 related with EMAS – Eco – Management and
Audit Scheme.
